Please select no for "do you have a site permit" if your pond fits within the criteria below. If it does not, you should obtain a permit.
The EA classifies a garden pond as follows and must meet the following conditions.

Feeding & Care
Fish will be shipped at the earliest possible moment. We will send you a text message beforehand to make sure you’re available to receive them. Shipments are sent on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
