Originating from slow moving rivers, but adapt well to lakes. Ide are not so tolerant to low oxygen as some other coarse fish are.
Ide are sensitive to medications containing copper, so be sure to check with the treatment manufacturer before adding medications to the pond.
These fish will also predate on insects and fry, which some fish keepers find useful for keeping coarse fish populations in check. Will also benefit from Supplemental feeding.
Fish will be shipped at the earliest possible moment. We will send you a text message beforehand to make sure you’re available to receive them. Shipments are sent on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
