F1 carp are a fast-growing hybrid, bred by crossing common carp with crucian carp, and are a mainstay of commercial fisheries across the UK. They're prized for their small, manageable head-to-body ratio, hard fighting spirit, and rapid growth rate, staying feeding-active even in cold weather when other carp slow down.
